The Inventor, CEO/President Eddie Sines worked at the Naval Research Laboratory as an Electronic Engineering Technician for 26 years before retiring to work full time on various R & D projects under the banner of a new start up company called “Potomac Energy Projects, LLC”. The author holds a number of active patents in the area of passive coil winding cooling methods related to power transformers, motors and generators. Potomac Energy Projects LLC is working on a number of patent pending applications related to clean energy technology that does not use the combustion process to produce electricity.
Nora H. Maccoby is an award-winning screenwriter and television producer; author; and lecturer with expertise in alternative energy technologies. She is co-founder of Nature's Partners, a non-profit foundation devoted to energy literacy/education. As Vice President of The Maccoby Group, she consults with a broad range of energy users and influential's, including members of Congress, the Department of Defense, International Fund for China's Environment, the State of California, the government of Grenada, the New Energy Congress, private industry and new energy technology entities.
Dal LaMagna is a liberal political activist and was a candidate running for the Democratic Party nomination in the 2008 Presidential election. He is on the board of directors of the Bainbridge Graduate Institute and YES! Magazine. He is a founding partner of and a blogger at The Huffington Post and serves on the Dean’s Council for the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
Joseph Martin has worked as a software developer in the defense industry for 12 years. Independent to his full time career, he has developed a patented engineering test tool software application through his own company, and is currently launching a marketing effort for his software. Mr. Martin has also written manufacturing control software for PEP, and helps PEP whenever and wherever he can, generating technical and scientific documentation, assisting Eddie Sines in the lab, keeping track of developments in the alternative energy.
Mr. Grant Collins has been actively involved with this energy technology since June 2006. Mr. Collins has concentrated his efforts in the south pacific Asian market, providing technical support to Potomac Energy Projects. Mr. Collins provides strategic advice to Potomac Energy Projects on the DEC project.

Nadine Ayala started with Potomac Energy Projects as our Executive Assistant. She was an active duty soldier and held a career in medicine. She came to work with Potomac Energy Projects because she knows the world needs clean energy and wanted to play a more active role in this exciting technology. Mrs. Ayala works full time at PEP performing a variety of managerial, administrative and clerical duties vital to the daily operations of PEP. Mrs. Ayala serves as PEP's Information and Communications manager, WEB Site support person, conducts research for the CEO, manages assigned projects, and disseminates important information to our investors, as well as other parties who are interested in our exciting technology development.
