Potomac Energy Projects (PEP) is developing a new Clean Energy Concept designed to produce electricity without the production of any CO2 emissions or require the combustion of any hydrocarbon fuels. The concept utilizes solar energy and the natural resources found everywhere on the surface of the planet. What the Energy Umbrella concept is comprised of is two new technologies i.e., the collection and storage of solar energy and a second method designed to convert the stored solar energy into electricity without combustion or the production of harmful nuclear waste products. The company is focused in collecting the vast solar energy resources and producing electricity to run your home as well as your business and your transportation needs.
This system is known as the Zero Emissions Generator, (ZEG). The ZEG will also be used to collect and produce liquid nitrogen (LN2). Nitrogen is extracted from the surrounding atmosphere and cooled into a liquid using solar energy. This is an effective means of storing vast amounts of solar energy. The second part of this Energy Umbrella is a device we have named the Direct Energy Conversion, (DEC) method or apparatus which does not use any moving parts to generate electricity and is solid state. This device will use LN2 as the primary fuel, which is CO2 free. Extensive research indicates that PEP can now combine discoveries found over the past 30 years into a more efficient method of producing electricity at very high efficiencies without the production of harmful internal combustion emissions or the production of nuclear waste products.
